I had an amazing stay at this B&B! The room was spacious and the beds were so comfortable. It was really quiet at night, so I had a great night's sleep. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the on-site restaurant. They offered a wide selection of delicious Italian dishes, and the food was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast, served by friendly waiters, was a la carte and had a great variety of options. The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful, making my experience even better.

The location of the hotel was convenient for business guests attending events in the city center, providing easy access to downtown Modena. The rooms were bright, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, including the air conditioning which kept the room cool in the summer heat.

One aspect of the hotel that could be improved was the breakfast selection. While there was a nice variety of pastries, sandwiches, and antipasti, some guests mentioned a lack of plain croissants and flies on the pastries.

The room was mind-blowingly modern and clean, with super comfortable beds. The staff were jaw-droppingly nice and helpful. The restaurant on the grand floor served a delicious breakfast and lunches that locals loved. The hotel's location was super convenient, only 15 minutes from the Old Town and Enzo Ferrari Museum. I strongly recommend this place for an unforgettable stay.
